Private & corporate events

Any Winey Little Tasting can be crafted specially to suit groups of two or more. From networking events, to sit down events, to hens parties, Elissa can design and host a unique wine event to meet your needs.

Set tastings

Set tastings can be run privately, for small groups or as a corporate function at a Wellington wine bar, or a private venue of your choosing. Prices vary depending on the types of tasting, the numbers of people and where the tasting is held.

Glass hire and nibbles can also be arranged as needed.

Any Winefulness wine tasting can be crafted specially to suit groups of two or more. Whether it’s a group of colleagues who are wanting to learn in a social setting, a foodie wanting to know more about pairing wine and food, a visitor to Wellington who is looking for an introduction to Wellington and New Zealand wine or friends celebrating at a pre-wedding party with a difference, these tastings are for you.

Get in touch to talk about a tasting to meet your needs.

If you’re a winery or wine business looking to have your wines considered for Winefulness tasting, email wine@winefulness.nz.

Possible tastings experiences

Old World vs New World: pinot noir is red Burgundy, cabernet sauvigon and merlot is a Bordeaux blend; this tasting looks at their similarities and differences.
The wines and regions of New Zealand: a trip from north to south, introducing the region and their wines.
Pairing wine and food tasting: you pick cheese, chocolate or a full-on multi-course meal.
If this, then that tasting: a tasting for those who normally drink beer, I’ll point you in the direction of the best wines to try for your tastes.
Completely blind: this can be a look at a region, a variety, across vintages or for the more competitive it can be a challenge to see who can identify the most wines.
